750ml Crabapple & Wildrose Gin

When we leaned on social media for Crabapples to pick - well, Calgary shouted back.  We had hundreds of offers to pick - in fact so many we didn’t get to a fraction of the trees offered.  Did you know there are more than 25 varietals of Crabapple in Calgary? This gin is special - a dry gin with the unmistakable colour, aroma and tart notes of crabapple.  We added wildrose petals to counteract the crabapples bitterness...worked well.
