750ml Sour Cherry Gin

Evans Cherries are a sour varietal which originated in Edmonton and flourish in Calgary too.  We spent hundreds of hours picking in late August and September - many at an incredibly special property in the Elbow Valley.  The resulting gin is a dry gin which packs tiny hint of sweetness from the Evans’ along with it’s signature sour twang.  The color is beautiful, the aroma a reminder of late summer and the taste, for Evans’ fans, a delight.
